Austin Hyde Park High School is currently seeking an Athletic Trainer to be responsible for the treatment, prevention, and rehabilitation of athletic injuries, as well as documentation of injuries and care provided to student athletes, insurance information, and physical exams. Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with an Emphasis in Biology, Sports Medicine, or related field.
  • Texas State licensing required or must be eligible for and obtain license for continued employment.
  • Certification in CPR and First Aid
  • A combination of education, experience, and training that would produce the required knowledge and abilities could be considered.
  • Certification to teach Biology, Sports Medicine, or related field is desirable, but not mandatory.
